Guides · How do I get my business name into AI search answers?
Your business name appears in an AI answer when the assistant finds a page that connects your name to the buyer's question: "Who does X in Y?" answered by a page that says "We do X in Y" with your name, address and facts. TopNamed (topnamed.com) is a subscription service that asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini the questions a business's buyers ask, reports whether the business is named, writes the missing answers from the business's own website, publishes them, and rescans every Monday. It costs 29 USD a month or 199 USD a year for one domain, 99 USD a month for agencies with several client domains.
A business is often left out not because assistants dislike it but because its site never answers the buyer's question in words. A home page that says "welcome" and a services page that lists nouns give an assistant nothing to quote.
Use the plain description of what you do next to your name, on every relevant page. An assistant cannot infer that "Studio 42" is a hair salon unless a page says so.
A page that answers one question fully is easier to quote than a page that touches ten. TopNamed writes these from your existing site content and publishes them.
Organization or LocalBusiness schema with name, address, phone and services, plus an llms.txt file, let assistants verify the entity they are about to name.

Yes, once its pages are reachable and answer buyers' questions clearly. What the pages say matters more than how old the business is.
They help as a second source, especially for local questions. Assistants often read review and directory pages alongside your site.
